Our Rooms!

Piano and Singing Room

Our Piano & Singing Room at The Practice Room is designed to feel calm, creative, and welcoming for students of all ages. Students learn using both an acoustic upright piano and a weighted-key electric piano, helping develop technique, expression, and confidence. The space also includes microphones, speakers, and a full-length mirror to support vocal development and performance skills. With theory activities, creative resources, and calming sensory supports, the room encourages enjoyment, confidence, and a genuine love of music.

Guitar, Bass & Drum Room

Our Guitar, Bass & Drum Room at The Practice Room is designed to feel creative, practical, and inspiring for students of all ages. With access to a range of guitars, basses, microphones, and live sound equipment, students build confidence while developing technique, performance skills, and musical creativity. The studio-style space features sound treatment and recording capabilities, creating a focused environment for learning, songwriting, and playback practice. As The Practice Room continues to grow, instrument servicing and maintenance support will also become part of the learning experience.

Waiting Area

Our waiting area has been designed to feel warm, creative, and relaxing for both students and parents. While lessons are taking place, parents can unwind on our comfortable lounge and enjoy a calm musical atmosphere created by our rotating vinyl record collection playing throughout the space.

The room is filled with magazines, music resources, and musical theatre show books for families to browse through, encouraging inspiration and discovery while they wait. Surrounding the space is our feature vinyl wall, showcasing a collection of classic single records that adds character, nostalgia, and a true appreciation for music history.

We wanted our waiting room to feel more than just a place to sit — it’s a welcoming environment where families can slow down and relax.

The Park

Across the road is a beautiful open park space where families can relax and enjoy the atmosphere while students are in their lessons. Many parents choose to bring a coffee, enjoy a picnic, or let younger siblings play while surrounded by greenery and fresh air.

It creates the perfect opportunity for families to make the most of lesson time — whether that’s unwinding under the trees, catching up with friends, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment before returning once lessons are complete. After lessons, many families continue spending time together at the park.
